The restoration of the historical buildings on the bank of the River Main has been finished. A whole series of newly conceived exhibitions on Frankfurt's widely varied history will await you. The construction measures will conclude with the opening of the new building on the Römerberg scheduled for 2016.

Tuesday to Sunday and on all holidays
10 am to 5 pm

Wednesday 10 am to 9 pm
Closed Mondays

December 24th: closed

December 31st: 10 am to 4 pm

 

Admission

Museum admission 6.00 €/ reduced fee 3.00 €
Family ticket 13.00 € (2 adults and 4 children max.), free adm. f. children under 6
with Kulturpass: 1.00 €
Persons eligible for reduced fee:
school pupils, university students, vocational trainees, disabled persons with ≥50% disability, and holders of the Frankfurt Pass or Frankfurt Card

Accessibility

During the construction works the exhibition areas in the museum's old buildings are not barrier-free. 2016 with the opening of the museum's new buildings all exhibition areas excludingly the Toll Tower will be completely barrier-free.
